1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the Rolex Game platform — including the website, game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, promotions and any associated features — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity. 2. Eligibility

Rolex Game may request verification of your age and identity at any point. If you are unable to verify your eligibility to the platform's satisfaction, your account may be restricted or closed and any associated funds handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Rolex Game. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have one closed. Deliberately maintaining multiple accounts — particularly to claim bonuses more than once — is considered a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or any access information with any other person. Any activity that takes place through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

Rolex Game reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably believes that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that the account is being used in breach of these terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to Rolex Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically process within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Rolex Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

You confirm that all funds deposited are from sources that belong to you and that no funds are deposited for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. Deposits made through payment methods that do not belong to you will be considered a breach of these terms.

Rolex Game does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method associated with your account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Rolex Game may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure to confirm account ownership and ensure funds are returned to the correct person. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

If your account balance includes bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus bets that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement, those amounts are not available for withdrawal until the requirement is fully satisfied. Your available withdrawal balance is clearly indicated in your account.

Rolex Game aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the method and any verification requirements. The platform reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing funds where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Rolex Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion details page, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds are used first when placing bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• One bonus at a time — unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking, only one active bonus may be held at a time.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.
• Bonus abuse — including low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — is strictly prohibited. Rolex Game reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated bonuses being forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Rolex Game sports betting section are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules that may apply to individual markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds at which your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your potential payout.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time, particularly around key match events. Bets placed before suspension are valid; bets attempted during suspension will not be accepted.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, Rolex Game will settle affected bets in accordance with the rules applicable to that sport and market. In most cases, void bets are returned as stake to the player's account.
• Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and bilateral series — follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are settled based on the live result at the close of each applicable delivery or over.
• Rolex Game reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds has been made, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where the bet has been placed in breach of these terms.
• Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per day or per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.

8. Casino & Games

The Rolex Game casino, slot, live casino, fish games and game lobby sections are all covered by these terms. All games available on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, depending on the game type.

Casino game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytables are available within each individual game. It is your responsibility to understand how a game works before wagering real PKR funds on it. You may use any available free-play or demo mode to familiarise yourself with a game first.

Live casino tables operate with real dealers in real time. By joining a live table you agree to conduct yourself respectfully within the chat function. Abusive, offensive or disruptive behaviour in live chat will result in removal from the table and may result in account action.

Game malfunctions void all associated pays and play. If you experience a technical issue during a game session, contact support with the relevant game name, date and time of the issue. Rolex Game will investigate and resolve confirmed technical faults in good faith.

9. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the Rolex Game platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the platform's software, content or data.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Rolex Game staff through any platform communication channel.

Rolex Game monitors platform activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the associated account, void relevant bets and transactions, and retain any funds where legally permitted to do so.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Rolex Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform mechanics.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a minor.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

11. Privacy & Data
